Bansko is Bulgaria's Premier Ski /Snowboarding resort and it’s a traditional old town with a proud past with a growing international reputation
It is located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains and is a fantastic combination of glorious mountain ranges, stunning scenery, old world charm with a modern infrastructure. Surrounded by the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope mountains and 95 miles from the capital of Sofia, the ancient town of Bansko is a thriving mountain resort continually being improved.
Bansko has something for everyone and is great for families. Activities from museums and monuments to tavernas, casinos and nightclubs are all catered for. The skiing season starts in mid December and lasts through until mid April when the town changes over to a summer resort offering superb opportunities for hunting, walking, fishing, golf and sightseeing.
Bansko offers a variety of skiing for all levels - whether you are a beginner wanting to practice on blue runs to the advanced skier wanting to ski on a black run. For the novice skier, in particular, there is an excellent English speaking ski school. The resort's ski facilities have been subject to multi-million Euro investment that has rapidly turned Bansko into a candidate to host the 2014 Winter Olympics.

This is a superior apartment finished to a very high specification and part of a complex which consists of a range of leisure facilities for the exclusive use of residents or guests and these include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi.
