Payment terms:
25% of rental charge is to be paid at time of booking. This should be
returned with the
completed booking form which will be sent to you by email when a booking is
confirmed. The remaining balance should be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
Deposit
A refundable deposit of £100 is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts. This covers
incidents of loss or damage and is refunded upon your return, if there are
no such incidents.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking 8 weeks before your holiday you will lose your
deposit only.
Cancellation after you have made full payment will receive no refund. We would advise you to take out holiday
insurance to cover unforeseen
circumstance that may require a cancellation.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.
Any confirmed booking will be honoured at the price negotiated.
Minimum booking period
The minimum booking period is 1 week, shorter time periods may be available at a
renegotiated rate.
Cross rate periods
If the period that you book is not for a complete week or falls across
differing rate periods, the price you pay will be calculated on adding the
differing rates on a daily bases.

These are the rental rates for renting our 1 bedroom apartment in the picturesque town of Bansko in Bulgeria.
Rental prices are per week and in British pounds.
